[JPA] query creation 네이밍 규칙 사용하기!(SQL 조회)

JPA에서 기본적으로 제공하는 메서드외에 Select문 조회를 위한 메서드 작성 규칙이 존재한다.

아래와 같이 룰을 적용하여 Repository에 추가하면 된다.
